.ng Academy, in partnership with the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) and the Ndukwe Kalu Foundation (NKF), successfully hosted a 3-Day Capacity Building Programme for Web Managers and Content Managers. The event took place from December 4 – 6, 2023, at the Federal Ministry of Finance Auditorium, Abuja, with a focus on enhancing the digital capabilities of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

The intensive training centered on the revised criteria for the Federal Government Scorecard, which ranks the effectiveness and user experience of MDA websites. This initiative aligns with the government’s commitment to improving online service delivery and transparency.

The programme saw the participation of 70 web and content managers from 43 MDAs, fostering a rich exchange of ideas, hands-on learning, and strategic discussions on optimizing government digital platforms.

The event commenced with an insightful opening ceremony, featuring remarks from distinguished personalities:

• D.I. Arabi, Director-General of BPSR, set the tone for the training, emphasizing the need for digital transformation in public service.
• Mary Uduma, Board Secretary of the Ndukwe Kalu Foundation, underscored the importance of collaboration in enhancing digital governance.
